Great dress, but Do not wash

I bought this dress and washed it on cold as suggested. I had to return it because the colors bled, especially around the elastic at the waist and around the neckline. It is a beautiful dress, and I was very sad to see it ruined. Maybe it would be better if dry cleaned.

Not the best fit.

Having to return coz smocked area is loose and falls on the belly. Would probably fit a taller person better
