Package was damaged

The packaged arrived with the inserts that seperated the bottles completely broken. The bottles were just in the box free floating and luckily they didn't break touching each other since they are glass. It's a gift, so it's very unprofessional to have a the bottles all willy nilly in the box.

How dare they send it in this condition

I opened the Macy’s box and inside was this opened 12 days of hot sauce box with the plastic broken and bottles stuffed in and still hanging out. How can I give this as a gift. The presentation is atrocious.

Damaged Box

It’s okay

I got this for my dad because he likes hot sauce however it arrived and a lot of the sauce bottles were not in the right spots and one was broken. It would be good if they shipped better so stuff didn’t break
