Broken package

Received package. Packing box was damaged and oversized for the item. Product was so poorly packaged inside box that it just rattled around inside until it broke. Then Macy's sent out a notice that the item could not be returned. Obviously someone at Macy's just didn't care to pack correctly. Very poor service

came open

This could have been a nice gift but it came open, the packaging inside that holds the hot sauce was ripped in half. I can't give this to anyone and it's not a returnable item . That's frustrating when it's not usable as a gift and I don't like hotsauce!

Please don’t waste your time

This is a waste of time, and you lose 24.00 The sauce is not hot , and they use the same Base but different flavoring… the intensity is no higher than a 2 ..MACYS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SELFS FOR SELLING THIS PRODUCT, and not giving returns!!!!

Fun hot sauce gift- worth it!

I bought this for my son, who loves all things spicy. He actually opened them all up at once and tried every one. He deemed two, “too mild,” but I enjoyed those. He took the rest back to school and was excited to enjoy them. They were all fun to try, and if you know someone who loves hot sauce, this is the perfect gift. Would definitely recommend.
