Almost A Christmas Gift Disaster

The bottles were loose in the box when it arrived, and the lid just sits on the box, it’s not a secure lid. Thankfully neither piece was broken.

Great perfume Best customer service experience!!!

I had an amazing experience at Macy’s in the fragrance department. Thalia was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. With so many brands and options, it was easy to feel overwhelmed, but Thalía guided me patiently and expertly, helping me find the perfect fragrance that suited me. Julie, who assisted me with the Mugler perfume, was also fantastic and made the selection process smooth and enjoyable. Both of them truly went above and beyond, and I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase. Highly recommend their assistance and of course Mugler.

Classic with depth

I am a big fan of the orginial alian scent. This is a more musky and warm profile. I feel like this is great to have someone smell you closer.

Alien packaging

Scent hasn’t changed. The only one that scent lasts for me.,However, when I opened the box, the bottle was all black unlike the priors. I thought I was sent the incorrect order. IT’s not a bottle I wish to display.
