Disgruntled loyal customer

I ordered this item and never received it. Macy said the USPS delivered it but I never received it. Maybe the porch pirates got it! I'm a loyal customer who shops with Macys regularly. They refuse to replace or refund me for the item. This is my favorite perfume. I buyh it from them all the time.

Disappointing

Horrible, I love this perfume but there was no promotion for for Mother’s Day no longer has a refill capacity as before customer service is horrible. They didn’t have anything good to say about the perfume . Just absolutely disappointing. I only purchase it because it’s a perfume that I love the company needs to do a lot better

Not what I’ve been accustomed to

After years of using Angel, I’m extremely disappointed with my last purchase. The scent just does not last anytime at all. I hope it was just a bad batch because I’ve always loved the scent. Not sure if or when I will want to return to it. I’ve lost trust in this product.
