I bough many Muk Luka for myself, for many years for my 5 kids while they were growing up and I could not compliment more emphatically the comfort, warmth and usefulness of these slippers/leg warmers. No longer available, just cheap re-imagined short socks. Very sad to see the construction of the newer Mud Luk slippers: lacking the 'sewed around the foot' suede/leather, the sherpa lining of the entire inside with a wrapped in the sweater outside, Tassles, Buttons or such embellishment and quality no availability any longer!

Huge downgrade from my last

I absolutely LOVED my previous Mukluks, which were thicker and shorter. But I couldn't find the exact pair with the same pattern, so I chose this instead. My old pair lasted me years, and this lasted me about four to five months. Not as thick as the old ones, which wasn't a huge issue for me, but there's the issue of the top of the sock constantly falling down after a while (I had the correct size which fit my foot), then if you have a single toenail that's even a little too long, it starts poking holes into the bottom. Not through the entire sock, but through the first layer. It's a disappointing mess, and I unfortunately can't find the old pair, even of the same type with a different pattern, so I'm just gonna start wearing my old pair that's tattered because it's still better than this

Stitching came undone

I bought my slippers to match my daughters. Unfortunately the stitching came undone on mine before I even washed them. I had to restitch mine after 1 week. They are very warm and comfortable though

Short Life Span

Cute, but the side stitching near the ball of the foot is failing (on both MUK LUKS) after only a month.
