Damaged and no resolution

Boots came damaged. I contacted Macy' s and the third party seller 4 times and I have had no response, no resolution to my problem. Very disappointed, I cannot wear these shoes with the damage.

Cute boots

These are cute boots and they are comfortable to wear. They run a little large, not in length but in width and ankle opening. I wear a thicker pair of socks and it works fine.

Cure and comfortable

These boots are really cute and very comfortable/warm. I am a half size, so i sized up. I'm thinkung next time maybe i should size diwn, theyre very roomy. Theyre really nice and i do recommend them
