Do Not Purchase
I was so disappointed with this purchase that it led me to writing my first review. I’m usually pleased with items purchased at Macy’s but these shoes are extremely uncomfortable. No arch support & very stiff. My feet feel as those they were slipped into a cardboard box. Worst purchase ever!!!!!

The boots were nice but they didn't fit so we returned them and you're taking forever to return the funds . Not a good look on your behalf

Nice shoe not supporting
Great looking shoes, but not for extended walking. They tend to slip and fit loosely. Very little support to feet and back. Return policy another headache when Macys staff at Southpark Mall, Chester, VA are eager to call out to Jesus every time you ask them something, instead of assisting you and then walkaway when their grandchildren run up to the counter while they’re supposed to assist you. It took more than three attendants and a manager to not be able to help, other than to send you to another store 25 miles further.
