seller didn’t issue a refund

The seller received the return on April 4th. And it is April 20. They still didn’t issue the refund. Pls issue my refund asap. I do not recommend this seller or the item. Thanks.

Very cute clog

These are very cute and comfortable. I gave them 4 stars because I wear an 8 and these are a little long on me, there's about 1/2 sticking off the back of the shoe but I wear these with bootleg pants and they fit fine every other way so I'm keeping them

Fit perfectly, do not feel clunky or heavy, I love how soft they are on the inside. I was happy to see that the Sherpa was only trim on the edge. The color are so beautiful and they actually go with so many looks like denim jeans,skirts and a few of my midi dresses! I ordered them from your website because of the best price and free shipping. With that said, they arrived in a timely manner and were very well packaged. Thank you so much, and I will definitely be back to shop your site again! For size reference, I’m 9.5-10 M… I ordered the 9.5, the length and width are perfect.
