seller didn’t issue a refund

The seller received the return on April 4th. And it is April 20. They still didn’t issue the refund. Pls issue my refund asap. I do not recommend this seller or the item. Thanks.

Muk Luks - Not comfy

I am keeping the clogs but they are a bit uncomfortable. Need some cushioning in footbed because of height.

Very cute clog

These are very cute and comfortable. I gave them 4 stars because I wear an 8 and these are a little long on me, there's about 1/2 sticking off the back of the shoe but I wear these with bootleg pants and they fit fine every other way so I'm keeping them

Fit perfectly, do not feel clunky or heavy, I love how soft they are on the inside. I was happy to see that the Sherpa was only trim on the edge. The color are so beautiful and they actually go with so many looks like denim jeans,skirts and a few of my midi dresses! I ordered them from your website because of the best price and free shipping. With that said, they arrived in a timely manner and were very well packaged. Thank you so much, and I will definitely be back to shop your site again! For size reference, I’m 9.5-10 M… I ordered the 9.5, the length and width are perfect.

Very comfortable,i found them to be true to size. Wore for several hours and my feet felt fine.Wore them with out socks,i did find them to be very warm.
