Refund request . Disappointed

Neither I nor my sister can wear these slippers as there is so much foam that our feet won't balance on it. The excess foam makes us unable to remain upright. I don't recommend these slippers. I am 75, and my sister is 81. From northern California. I need to return them for a refund.

Repeated Happiness

Typically, I wear a 9M, so I ordered a L. The toe box fit comfortably without rubbing my big toe, the back heel doesn't rub my heel like other brands, and my feet don't perspire from the super soft lining. The moccasins are so comfortable I forget I have on slippers all day (remote worker). Bought a pair of Muk Luks bootie slippers last year and liked them so much I ordered moccasins this year.
