Poor quality - presentation not like online pic

I was extremely disappointed! First, they came packages in zip plastic bags with no stuffing - like cheap booties that you get from a warehouse distributor! This is not the Macy's way of doing things - it was the first time this has happened! Second, the boot looked and felt cheap - it was stiff it was not the brighter navy that appears online and the fit was big! I am a perfect size 8 in foot wear and these were cut very big and they were stiff - especially the sole of the boot. Even in higher priced boots of this type, there is some give in the sole - this was like a preformed slab of concrete. I am so sorry to report this as they were a great buy - I was hoping to wear them ASAP - and they just did not feel like I bought them tat Macy's. I have bought this brand, Muk Luks before, and never experienced such unwearable boots. They were on a deep sale - alas, you get what you pay for - needless to say, they were returned the same day I received them! Sadface inserted here (:
