Inventory Coding Problem

Yes, they are very tiny…misleading photos….but the REAL issue is how/why you keep shipping the wrong color?!?!? As others have said; I ordered silver, received gold. Twice!! Yes! Both times sent gold and spent hours on the phone trying to get to the bottom of it. Then have to drive 1 1/2 hours to return to store bc there is no UPS store near me!! 2nd time I said NO! This is clearly YOUR PROBLEM and I’m not investing any more of my time fixing it! So agent (who barely spoke English and kept telling me what I had to do!!) finally says UPS will pick it up and I don’t have to package it. I don’t believe that for a second. Macy’s; do better! You used to be a trusted brand…now your CS knows less than I do about inventory control. smh. So. So disappointed. Making your mistake a customer’s problem?!? Sad.

Sent Wrong color

I ordered silver and received gold. Item is also a bit smaller than pictured.

Received wrong color

I ordered gold over silver, which is the decription on my invoice. But i received silver rodium. Besides that they sent the wrong color, I like them, although gold would look better for me. They are fairly small, but if your ear lobe is a smaller size, should be good. Probably won’t wear as a crawler, but just regular down.

Ordered gold. Got silver. Website kept flipping back & forth randomly between saying gold was in stock or not. I double checked it said: "gold". Silver arrived. Screwed up my wife's birthday gift (she hates silver). Thanks a lot.
