Disappointed it never turned up!

I was excited to order this for Christmas gifts but dealt several calls to customer service and assurances "it will be there tomorrow afternoon" the product never turned up! I don't know how good the actual product is but I wouldn't order again because it comes directly from the supplier and there is really mo telling when it arrives. I did get a refund from Macys /
