Gave me burns

I am 47 years old. I used this product two times before bed time the next morning I woke up with burning spots all over my face and neck and it was really bad. I stopped using it for a whole week then I used again for one more time and I woke up with similar or worse condition. I won’t use it again unfortunately I don’t think I can return it but I will ask Macy’s if they can refund.
