This stuff messed me up

I bought this last week because my normal pm was out of stock. With caution like usual with new supplements I took two pills instead of the 3 pill serving size. It helped me get to sleep great but the next morning I felt like I was hit by a truck. My head hurt very bad, my eyes honestly felt like they were going to pop out and had slightly blurry vision. My joints hurt so badly I spent most of the day on the couch and it messed up my stomach so bad I didn’t eat for 24 hours. Might be just a me problem but I wanted to let others know there is a chance of weird stuff happening to you if you start using this. I took it that one night and threw it out the next day.
