A Balled Up Wrinkled Mess

The jacket is very nice: however it was ballwd up and shipped in a plastuc bag. By the time it arrived it was an absolute wrinkled mess. Fir an item this expensive I expect better packaging from Macy's. This is very disappointing and I will definitely think twuce before purchasing online from Macy's in the future.
