returned but no refund

The blouse was lovely but too big. I returned it but never got a refund as it stated on my account. It said my refund was January 19th. I called customer service 4 times and each time they claimed to fix the problem, but still no refund. Be careful with online orders.

Very disappointed. The picture and description indicate that the pants are straight leg. But they are wide leg and run big. I will be sending back if the can not be altered. I also ordered the top which is too big also. Would be lovely on fuller busted woman
