We purchased this couch for our condo in Florida from the South Brunswick Macy's in NJ. They had no issues delivering it in Florida. We were called by the Macy's in Naples to arrange for delivery. Everything was seamless. Then to our surprise, I saw online that the price had dropped even more. I called South Brunswick and was told that they would make sure that we got the new price, which we did. The couch was delivered without a hitch on the day that we agreed to. We are very happy with it. We find it a firm, comfortable place to sit and watch tv. Since we don't have young children, the oatmeal color works for us. I think if we did, I would have ordered a darker color. One thing I would like to mention is that when I am sitting on the couch, my feet do not completely touch the ground. I'm 5'4" so if you're taller, you'll be fine. We are very happy with our new couch. Thanks, Macy's, for making all this possible.

I bought this sofa and was told it would be delivered the upcoming Saturday. On Saturday, right as the truck is pulling up, I get a phone call from Macy's saying the truck should be there and asked if I was home. I said I was. I waited about 5-7 minutes and then the guy in the truck just drives off with my furniture. Nobody ever got out of the truck. Customer service was absolutely no help. Nobody from Macy's ever called me to reschedule, and no explanation was given as to why the driver just drove off, basically stealing my couch since I had paid in full. After calling customer service 3 more times (again, nobody from Macy's ever called me to reschedule even though I was told they would make this a priority), I cancelled my order. Thanks for stealing my couch and wasting my Saturday Macy's. Also, you really need to improve your customer service department.

I love this chair no pushing to get up, no drop in sitting down, cushion remains sturdy and comfortable. I love this chair so much I’m thinking about getting another one to replace a low sitting chair in living area.❣️

By far the worst experience I have had. They delivered a damaged couch. I ordered the charcoal color and what I got was not charcoal at all. I called right away same day it was delivered. Customer service is horrible. I got 3 different answers and got no where. No one knows what they are doing. I had a similar experience with Macys furniture and customer service about 8 years ago. I should have learned my lesson, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES 4 hours on the phone today and I had to chase them no one called me.

this couch is better than pictured. it's very firm with cushions sewn into the couch directly. the fabric is velvety and soft to touch. it does pick up dirt easily even with stain guard so recommend a darker color than oatmeal which is almost white.

Beautiful sofa…and firm!! A little too firm. Definitely will have you in the upright position. On the fence if I will keep it. I wanted it for relaxing while watching TV. not the type sofa for napping - seating area a bit narrow.

Solid chair
Beautiful chairs! I bought 2 of them ….on sale….great price for a solid chair. Firm cushion…nice height for taller people but not super deep. I’m very happy with them.
