Modern stylish comforter

We love our new comforter...nice weight (not to light or heavy), keeps you warm, stylish but subtle design. It only comes with two shams, but that works for us, as we have many throw pillows.

Good quality

The fabric is thin but when you put the comforter in it looks very nice I washed it in cold water and hang dried it no dryer machine and color stayed the same. The set comes with 2 pillow sets. I purches the decorative little pillow separately. I am happy with it. I took pictures with light on and off. The top has a design and the other side is plane which makes it more comfortable to sleep as it it's not rough on the inside. I just hope I won't have face marks after waking up from the design on the top.

Other occasion to buy:I bought a king size for my queen bed to allow for cotton shrinkage.

Beautiful But High Maintenance

Sooo pretty. I love it! Shabby chic boho look. I was afraid that I made a mistake when I saw all the wrinkles when I removed it from the packaging. I was about to regret my decision but then I Googled how to get rid of wrinkles in cotton duvet covers. I washed the set on gentle cycle, cold water with fabric softener. Next, I pulled all the fringes straight before putting in a low heat setting dryer. I dried the shams separately from the duvet cover. I pulled the duvet cover out of the dryer twice to rearrange the bundle for more even drying. I gave the shams a quick iron but put the duvet cover directly on the bed, smoothing the fabric with my hands where needed. It worked! The trick here is not to over dry. I don’t intend to use any insert and plan on using the duvet cover as is. It looks beautiful. This is a high maintenance set and I would not recommend it for families with children and dogs.

Fabric color will change after washing

Defective fabric, the borders and back of the duvet cover & pillowcases got discolored after a few washes, in mild detergent and medium heat. Turned an ugly orangey- grey lighter color and looks terrible. The front fabric retained its original color, really a pity since it’s a beautiful set
