The size is way of. I wear a small and it was to small

Way to small

I just received my order and when I saw the skirt I knew it was not going to fit but the material it's stretchy and I wanted it to be tight so I decided to try it and it almost ripped. For reference I'm usually size s and I order M but I would probably have needed XL. I'm 5'4, 120lb. The material is think and not see through even for the color.
