Excellent addition to your kitchen- perfect size for pancakes or eggs- dishwasher sturdy!!
The jug is very beautiful. It adds value to my kitchen and the utensils are good quality. I am very happy I made this purchase. I encourage anyone who is looking for kitchen utensils to buy this set. I love I spend more time in the kitchen now because of these utensils.
I loved the feel & the look. I even bought 2 for a special day. Used it once, hand washed it with non scratch sponge, put it in the dry rack, next morning I found rusty spots like little stars where the top shinny coat was peeled off. So disappointed. Will try to return it to the store.
Very cool looking but also useful. It is different looking so it adds a special touch! It also is a good conversation piece! Very good quality!
I love the wooden handle it never gets hot. and it is easy to use for soup or gravy.
Like the other reviewer mentioned, these tongs are quite large. Definitely not an everyday pair unless you're feeding a big family. I feel these would be good for events, but this ranks low in practicality. I'll still keep them because they will eventually get used. Also, I'm a tad bit too lazy to go through the returning process. My other concern is that the open position of these tongs aren't as wide. It's a bent sheet of metal, and the agape position of these tongs are the same width as the bend. I feel like that might annoy me if I were trying to grab a large amount of pasta or salad.
Not only is the spatula beautifully designed, it's incredibly functional. I personally do not like using silicone spatulas because the ones I've used in the past have been flimsy. I debated for weeks whether or not to give the Curvo Slanted Spatula a chance, and I finally pulled the trigger. I wish I'd bought it sooner! I use it with my de Buyer carbon steel pans, and it beautifully scrapes everything off the pan. It easily scoops and lifts food off the pan and onto a plate or serving dish. The spatula is thick and firm, so it won't bend to the weight of food it holds. I haven't tested the heat resistance on this thing, but so far, it does well in low and medium heat (I rarely use high heat anyway). It cleans up super easily, as all silicone products should. It's got a nice weight to it, so it can get a bit heavy if you're needing to constantly stir things around on the pan, but the weight matches the quality of the spatula. The curved handle allows for easy gripping, too. My ONLY concern right now is that there is a small gap between the silicone head and the stainless steel handle. I'm afraid over time, there may be buildup or small particles of food will get stuck. Too soon to tell what the results may be, but I'm hoping that this spatula will be low maintenance and provide numerous years of use.
