The photo show the ornament to be an ornament in a matte kind of surface, not shiny... but the actual product is very shiny and not what i expected. The shiny surface makes it look "Cheap" while if it had been matter, it would have been elegant, at least to me, and its what the photos showed!
Concerned
I purchased 20 of these for friends around the country. I think they are beautiful. Unfortunately, while wrapping I discovered one was broken and now I am worried that some of the others will have the same problem and arrive in pieces too. That will be very disappointing.

The ornament is fine and I will keep it, however the gold and silver metal is polished and not brushed as in the item photo.

Trunk of tree not centered
It's a nice concept but the trunk of the tree doesn't hang straight on a few of the ones I ordered.
