Beautiful but design issues
This is a beautiful spatula and the handle is heavy. aesthetically it looks beautiful, it’s not easy to use. The handle is too flat and not designed to work efficiently in your hands. Also, where the top of the rubber meets the handle, there is a gap where food can be collected in it. I see this as a future problem. I regret buying this. It’s beautiful, but that’s all it is.

Comfortable to hold and good structure. I actually ended up buying another one, my husband and I both love cooking with this!

Not really a spatula.
Not efficient odd structure. Not really a spatula since it has a small face. rather more like a pusher. Flexible.

Pricey but worth it
Beautifully made though not cheap. Substantial weight and is definitely not flimsy. I never heard of the name brand Nambe, but will certainly research more of its product line, anticipating more fabulous items.
Most elegant spatula Ever!
I never thought much of spatula's - but this is as beautiful and elegant a spatula as I've ever seen! The silicone end is firm and fairly stiff. Highly recommend.
Best Silicone Spatula I've Ever Used
Not only is the spatula beautifully designed, it's incredibly functional. I personally do not like using silicone spatulas because the ones I've used in the past have been flimsy. I debated for weeks whether or not to give the Curvo Slanted Spatula a chance, and I finally pulled the trigger. I wish I'd bought it sooner! I use it with my de Buyer carbon steel pans, and it beautifully scrapes everything off the pan. It easily scoops and lifts food off the pan and onto a plate or serving dish. The spatula is thick and firm, so it won't bend to the weight of food it holds. I haven't tested the heat resistance on this thing, but so far, it does well in low and medium heat (I rarely use high heat anyway). It cleans up super easily, as all silicone products should. It's got a nice weight to it, so it can get a bit heavy if you're needing to constantly stir things around on the pan, but the weight matches the quality of the spatula. The curved handle allows for easy gripping, too. My ONLY concern right now is that there is a small gap between the silicone head and the stainless steel handle. I'm afraid over time, there may be buildup or small particles of food will get stuck. Too soon to tell what the results may be, but I'm hoping that this spatula will be low maintenance and provide numerous years of use.
