llardo delivery

The supposed delivery of the piece did not happen. No notification of delivery or attempted delivery occurred. Without an USPS tracking number, I am unable to claim the item, if in fact it was delivered and is being held by the local postal office. I hold Macy's at fault for not providing the required tracking number to claim the paid item. If I cannot claim it from the USPS, I shall seek a full reimbursement, as the terms of service have been breached and nulls any agreement I entered into with Macy's.

Absolutely beautiful

I am planning on getting the full princess collection but this was my first and I am really happy with it. Bigger than I thought it would be but the quality - as is typical or Lladro/Nao is superb.

Wow!!! ANOTHER BEAUTY!!!

She is even more beautiful in person! Nice detailing and true to the picture and colors. Her hair color is a shade of dark grey, not black. She is gorgeous in my curio cabinet with Dopey. I am waiting on Grumpy. I wish you carried all the other dwarfs.
