Received this product just recently and every Lladro figurines are really stunning. The only issue was that Nao’s figurines are less than the craftsmanship of the original Lladro. I received mine with a little defect on the right side of the chest, a little above near the shoulder. A black dot or something that I can’t remove by wiping it with soft sunglasses cloth. Returning it takes time and it’s a hazzle for me. I will just ignore it and put it in my curio cabinet. I will still patronize Lladro product comparable to the stunning beauty of Dresden figurines of Germany. I deducted 1 star due to that very minor issue.

I purchased this item on line. The price was so good for a Nao by Lladro figurine. The package was sent directly from Lladro and it arrived 3 days later. Wow! The packaging is very good; the figurine was well protected with the packaging. I just love this figurine. It looks beautiful in my living room curio cabinet. She is a perfect size and this purchase was a great value!
