Seems okay.

Not hard to put together. Not sure why Macys does not offer assembly services on some items. Product had a manufacturing date of 2021. Been sitting in the box for 5 years.

I thought it being from Ashley would be of better quality. The slats for the platform are not very sturdy and looks as if it will break in the near future. iTools sent could not put the platform together. Too much to put together

BROKEN SUPPORT SLATS, not made well

The horizontal wood support slats at least one broke during assembly. The vender never contacted me to remedy my satisfaction, I had to fix on my own!!! Very poor to no customer service!!

Not worth it

Macy's should be ashamed of selling this product. First it arrived late (after the mattress delivery). Secondly - this is constructed using the cheapest, imprecise, and flimsiest components possible. Even at half the cost it would be questionably valuable. To add insult to injury, the headboard material was stained upon arrival. I have yet to sleep on it, but I am afraid of the durability long-term for sleeping (let alone any adult activity). Literally buy anything else - this is junk.

Napoli bedframe

Headboard came in pieces with a small puncture in faux leather. Box came with holes in it. Wont order furniture from here again.

Easy to setup

I bought this bed after lots of thinking and was little hesitant before buying as I prefer to buy from a store. But after the bed arrived I was in complete satisfaction. The packaging was secure and all arrived in one piece. It was easy to assemble, although it requires two person to align and put the frames together it took less than an hour to complete it. After nearly 15 days of use it is still in good shape!
