Order did not arrive

I ordered this on MArch 29, 2025. It is already April 1o, 2025 and have not received it. When I checked its status, it says that it is going to be delivered by VEHO RESIDENTIAL. When I tried tracking it, it wants me to download their app. Seems fishy because others like FedEx allows me to track a package on their website. I tried contacting Macy's customer service to cancel my order but they refuse because the package is already "in transit". I think that I waited so long already for this order. I had very good experience for NARS lip color because I purchased this already before but on another store. I could have went to Sephora or Macy's store and purchase it. I am already losing hope that I will ever recieve this product. And because of this experience, my rating is a 1 star. Nothing to do with the product, just the service.

Disappointed

Color was correct, however, box came opened and appears to be used not a new item. I do not recommend ordering any lip items on line without any recourse.

New Air Matte is disappointing….

Pencil is perfect as usual, sorry to hear that it’s been discontinued. The new replacement Air Matte makes my lips crack so disappointed in it’s performance.

Broken

I love this product and have used a lot of these, but this particular lipstick broke in half, 2 weeks after I started using it.

Dragon Girl love

I love both of these products in Dragon Girl. It's such a great shade and between these two there is a huge range of options as to how it's worn from a barely there, just gotten lips look, blurred edges to full on RED lip. Lipstick never stays on me for long but these are some of the best I've used in terms of staying power so I get a couple of hours out of it which is good going by my standards.
