Broken (smushed) eyeliner tip

Returned. It arrived smushed at the tip. It wasn't like the eyeliner had been opened or twisted up because it was as far down as possible and the tip was too long for the cap to close. Again not sure if it melted and froze during shipments but really disappointed. #sweepstakes

Magic wand

Love this product especially for a smoky eye effect!! Have used it on my eyebrow as well! Accidentally wiped off during sweat session and lucky carried in my back and quickly applied it to brow !

Nope

The product goes on mind if smoothly but dries very quickly. Not enough time to really blend. If you use your fingers, it stains the tip. Not a fan..

Smushed tip brand new out of the box!

Bought a few items for a special occasion and two items were broken straight out of the box! Smushed eye liner tip and lipstick fell right out of the base and fell into the sink! I expect more (only perfection) from NARS/Shiseido. I wouldn't buy as not buy these as a gift. Very disappointed, and I was a longtime fan.
