The best benefit is achieved if you apply this to your eyelid that is free of creams/very emollient products. You may find it beneficial to set the eye area with some translucent powder prior to applying. This will create a smooth finish, and help to absorb any moisture or oil on the eye lid. Great neutral shimmer!

This eyeshadow stick is a dream to use. It elevates my eye makeup in a flash. The texture is cream, blendable, and not streaky! It's perfect for on the go makeup kits, and I would highly recommend for a nice touch!
