Stripped screws on battery compartment

The compartment to put the batteries in the screw was stripped and could not open. Otherwise it was beautiful.

Could not install batteries The screw to open batteries was striped or glued in. No light or sound. This will be returned.

Wrong item sent

I was sent the wrong item, so I had this huge box to return to the store. It wasn’t even an item on their website.

Item arrived damaged complete with note from previous customer purchase reporting the damage! Shame on Macys! Even if it wasn’t damaged item looked cheap. I would not recommend
