Metal arrived uneven/crooked

The centrepiece looks lovely but unfortunately the one I was sent is crooked so the candles tip over. Macys were supportive in establishing an exchange but unfortunately they’re all gone

National Tree Company Center Piece

It came well packed and in good condition. Delivery didn't take that long. I thought was going to be prettier. Not so much in love with the metal base.
