Poor Odor and Quality. Company failing to answer refund request.

I have tried to get a refund twice with no response. Items smell like chemicals and are a hard plastic. Not full nor remotely similar to pictures.

Ugly battery compartment

And no way to hide it. If you want to do one with a hidden battery area, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Odd Batter Pack Placement....

Battery compartment is at the top and branches BARELY covered it -- odd. and the "hanger" is a piece of ribbon and it doesn't lay right.....Glad I got it at a sale price....
