Flocking sheds

Upon opening the tree, the flocking immediately covered the floor. We are returning this because of that and the tree is smaller than what we wanted.

Disappointed

The tree stems, looked sparce, didn't fluff out like the picture. I put in for a return and did not get a response from anyone. I did this before Christmas.
