Disappointed

The quality of these Christmas ornaments were such a disappointment coming from the National Tree co. Cheaply made, bulbs had scratches and looked like it came from a low end store. Actually there’s are probably better. They came directly from Nation Tree co so I can’t put blame on Macy’s.

Items arrived broken and scratched

I bought 2 boxes of these. Out of the 12, one was completely broken, and two others were severely scratched. I just tried to paint over the scratches since I love the muted soft yellow/gold ones. I don't think it'll work.

Bad quality

The quality is very poor. The ornaments arrived covered in scratches and look nothing like the pictures. I’m unable to return them because the return shipping cost is the same as the price I paid. This is very disappointing.
