Received Wrong item

I received a Dracula Cone instead of the item I originally ordered

RECIEVED WRONG ITEM TWICE.

I ordered this super excited, and instead received an "i-scream dracula ice cream cone" so I called and had the correct item reshipped, only to receive another dracula cone. I was allowed to just keep the first one but am being told that I will need to return the second one, paying for the shipment myself to be credited back. This company ships the products themselves so not macys fault but super annoying, and now I will be contacting the tree company place.
