Misleading advertisement

Advertised at 23 inches and you read product details and it's only 14 inches. Big difference

Disappointed

I'm disappointed. The holes where the stands were supposed to attach to the letters had glue in them, which caused difficulty setting up the sign. Also, the material is very cheap. Handle with lots of care.
