No Refund

I purchased this item on Macys website and returned it in the store. Macys clerk gave me a receipt and promised a refund. No refund has been issued two werks later!!! Macys customer service keeps blaming the third party they do business with promising me to eventually get refunded without offering a definite solution. Not going to shop at macys.com again.
