Good value

I am trying these Natrol Biotin Plus Lutein Tablets 5000mcg. They are a supplement for hair and nails. The pill is about the length of a nickle. The tablet is easy to swallow. I would recommend this product.

Biotin Plus Tablets

I haven’t been taking these for very long, so I can’t tell if they are doing anything or not. One tablet daily provides 5000 mcg of biotin and 10 mg of lutein. They aren’t too hard to swallow though they do taste a little bitter

I can swallow this tablet!

I have been wanting a stone biotin supplement but have had a hard time finding one I could swallow, fortunately this tablet is very small and smooth, doesn’t smell or upset my very sensitive stomach when I take it! Very pleased!

Stronger nails

To be fair, I take a handful of vitamins daily, so it was hard to tell what this specific supplement did on its own. I definitely noticed that my nails seemed thicker and seemed to grow faster, but I haven’t seen a change in my hair or skin. I have only been taking it for a couple weeks so I hope to see some other benefits soon. I talked to my PCP and she said Biotin is a great supplement for women to take!
