Best Sleep!!!
Just got this yesterday and works better than any pharmaceutical out there to put me to sleep and keep me asleep. About 15-20 mins after taking it on an empty stomach (that's key) it works!!!!

How Strong is this product?
Not strong enough. I still lay in bed awake most of the night.

Alcohol
I didn't realize until I took a dropper full that this stuff is alcohol. I wish the label on the front warned of this! I'm an alcoholic and can't use products made of booze. Otherwise I'm sure it works well. And I'm surprised a person doesn't need ID to purchase it.

Worked very well
This product made me very tired very fast although the taste is awful. I only use it when I run out of the pills and need to use it for a night or two.

helped me with jet lag
The title is a little bit odd, but when we decided to do a road trip with my family in this pandemic, this really helped me to get adjusted to time differences. It allowed me to fall asleep easily and sleep soundly throughout. Berry smell and the taste is mild but refreshing. I loved the fact that it is 100% drug-free and vegetarian.

Finally some sleep!
This melatonin has been a lifesaver. It helps me fall asleep naturally and (most importantly) STAY ASLEEP! I struggle in general with falling asleep. I really prefer to take natural supplements over other medications. I love that this is liquid and has a great taste!

Works GREAT!
Since I’ve been taking the Natrol Melatonin Liquid Berry 2.5mg every night, I’ve noticed I sleep so much more soundly and more relaxed than with other melatonin products I have tried. Another plus is the fact that I wake up feeling like I had a great nights sleep, without that groggy, sluggish feeling. Tastes good, too!
