Disappointed

The pillow itself is the most comfortable pillow I've ever purchased. However, the off gassing is horrible and it took several months for the smell to go away. Then I washed the pillow covers and silica-like flecks appeared all over the material and white sheets I washed them with. Took me another wash cycle to remove the glittery little flecks from the sheets. Attached is photo of the lint filter from my dryer. You can make out the flecks, but in actuality, they glitter more than they do in the photo due to lighting. I love the pillows but it cannot be healthy to inhale these minute flecks!! I wish I could return these but it's been past 90 days:(

Silver Gel Pillow

Day 5 and the bad smell from this pillow is overwhelming. It has a very bad sour, mouldy smell that is so strong it actually wakes you up. Very unhappy with this product.

Not very firm. Cools nice

Not very firm. Cools nice but not what I was looking for. The pillow I wanted was discontinued and this is not the same thing :(

Soft & Cool

I like 3 things about this pillow it stays cool through the night, it's made of high quality materials, and it's very soft. One thing I'd like to point out for future customers is this pillow is a bit more compact than what I'm used to too. Meaning if you normally sleep on huge, fluffy pillows you may need to adjust to this low lying pillow.

Good Quality Pillow

This is my third pillow over the course of a 3 month period. It is better than the other 2 that I purchased however it is firmer than I had expected. For it to conform to your head you must push your head into the pillow. Maybe over time it will soften up some. Otherwise once I get my head adjusted, I do sleep well!
