Runs too narrow

Received the shoes today, we ordered a 10 wide, but they still run very narrow returning them They are very pretty and the material is nice but it runs narrow and the strap over the toes is tight

Comfortable but not my favorite

I was skeptical since the shoes arrived in a shoe boxed that was completely destroyed and taped back together (If gifting these shoes I would have returned). I don't love how the shoes look but will be keeping them as they are the only comfortable heels I could find. Using for an outdoor destination wedding so need to have heels that won't sink into the ground and am limited to how many shoes I can travel with.
