Good quality boots
The boots are a very nice, soft leather and well made. I agree with other reviewers that I would've expected more cushioning and arch support from Naturalizer, but I'll add a padded insert because the rest is very comfortable. The shoe box is wide enough and doesn't cramp my toes. The heel height is just right and balance feels good. I bought a narrow because I have small calves and it fit perfectly.

Narrow calf is too wide
I was disappointed with these boots because they did not fit like the other narrow calf boots I have in the same style. They fit like the medium calf which is too wide for my legs. It’s unfortunate because they are really nice boots otherwise. So, sadly I had to return them

Beautiful boot but not narrow enough
The boots are beautiful and very comfortable but the narrow calf is not narrow enough. When you advertise narrow calf, they should be narrower. It almost feels like a regular calf in a different brand which is very disappointing since very few brands carry narrow calf boots. I am still planning to keep them as I am frustrated by trying to search for narrow calf boots. I am a size 8 shoe but my calf circumference is 13.1. Apparently the size 8 narrow calf boot has a circumference of 14.1. Also, it has a strange angle to the boot so it is almost a bigger circumference in the middle of the boot than at the top of the boot which is odd.. no one's legs are shaped like that... I may bring them to a shoe repair person and ask them to take in which is frustrating as I shouldn't have to do this with a narrow calf boot.

“Narrow Calf” Wasn’t Narrow Enough.
This was my second attempt with the Kalina boot. I have to size up 1/2 size for closed-toed shoes to ensure comfort for my right foot. The “narrow calf” boot did not provide a snug fit around my calf. I don’t like a baggy boot look. Just returned these boots and waiting for refund.

Run small
Just received these in the wine colour and the brown. Very hard to judge the right size as all the boots fit differently, including the exact same boots just I just bought in two different colours. Won’t be able to wear the wine colour as they are so tight on the top of my foot. The other pair one fits great and the other foot not so. Frustrating as I really like the brand and quality of all my past purchases.
