Nice boots but arrived in used condition
These are beautiful boots and very comfortable when tried on, but I was very disappointed at the condition they arrived in - see pics.

Love Naturalizer
Even though I wasn't looking for boots in this color, I tried them on and they were just so comfortable that I had to buy them. I love all the Naturalizer boots I have. These are a great addition !!
Nice boots but
I was so excited to buy boots that fit my very narrow calves . Leather also is very soft and my legs just look amazing in them. But I am disappointed now after wearing them for a month the heel is peeling off. I am not sure what is the heel made of but it’s some really cheap material. Very disappointed now because I paid a lot for them and now I have to buy new boots because they aren’t fixable .
Beautiful Naturalizer Kim Riding Boots
These boots are beautiful and made with quality craftsmanship. The leather is supple and fragrant. I was concerned that the heel may be too high since I have plantar fasciitis, but the height is perfect. The Natualizer N5 Comfort technology makes these boots so comfortable and supports the heels and arches, while balancing the foot bed. No break-in required. The Kim Riding Boots were comfortable right out of the box. Some of the other reviewers mentioned that the boot shaft was very narrow. My calves are average circumference, but muscular. I had no problem zipping them over jeans or leggings. No gapping at the top, even with bare legs-the elastic gore is positioned to eliminate gaps. The shaft height was perfect for me, since I am less than 5' 4". The boot measuring instructions were very helpful, stated dimensions accurate and they run true to size. I wear a 6 1/2 in Naturalizer shoes, so I ordered the same size-perfect fit! Love these boots. Thank you Macy's.
Nice boots. Nohing special.
I have a very narrow calf and it's hard to find boots that fit. I decided to keep these although they are still a bit too wide. Comfortable to wear all day but not recommended for lots of foot traffic. When I wear them to work, I'm definately ready to take them off by the end of the day. Just ok. Nothing very special. Material seems good. They do scuff easily.
I love these boots but I got the wrong size!!!
I usually wear a 7 Narrow in Naturalizer. I got the 7 Medium since they didn't come in Narrow and that was a mistake. They fit right at first but I wore them around the house for about 20 minutes and they started to slip around a lot. So I probably should have bought a 6.5 Medium instead with the knowledge that they'd stretch some. The quality is great though and I LOVE the color (Banana Bread)!!! Also there is good arch support and the boots are soft and flexible.
Love these boots!
Was looking for tall boots that fit my small calves. These aren't tight but they fit extremely well, look great, and are very comfortable to walk in. Highly recommend!
Calf area too tight
Beautiful fitting boot but it is too tight in the calf area. I can zip them with bare skin. Couldn't even wear skinny jeans and zip them. No way!! Ill have to see if this comes in wide calf leg. if you have thin calves it will work for you.
