We're so sorry the Lottie did not meet your expectations. We understand that is disappointing. You have 60 days from the purchase date to make a return. To print a Purolator return label and packing slip, please follow the instructions in the link below: https://www.naturalizer.ca/en/help/returns-and-exchanges Re-package your order, place the completed return form inside the box, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package. We recommend dropping your package at a staffed Purolator location to avoid delays. Upon receipt of your return, a flat rate return shipping fee of $8.00 per order will be deducted from your refund total. Please allow 2-3 weeks from arrival to our warehouse for your return to be processed. Our warehouse is unable to process exchanges. If you prefer a different size, color, or style, simply place a new order on our web site. Keep in mind, Final Sale items are not returnable.

I’m so disappointed with my boots. I ordered 8ww for a reason!! I had my granddaughter wedding to attend in Santa Barbara and these boots won’t fit me. They ended up being regular size. Not ww as advertised. Now I’m stuck with these boots. Your company just messed up a special day for me!🥹
