semi great, not good enough

fit around the foot was fine, until my feet swelled a little from the moisture. They hurt my feet on top, above the arch, it was too tight. My previous Nat boots were great but they aren't waterproof. These would be wonderful, but there are no laces to loosen the tightness around the arch. But the foot fit great.

I received an email in 1/3/26 about refund.

I ordered it in 12/22/25 and I never received it and any explanations about the boots. They made a returned without I requested for. So disappointed.

Great booties!

I order the wide ones thinking ob adding thick socks for Ottawa winters, since the booties are not insulated. They are comfortable and you can walk miles with them, enough grip for light snow and some slushy, and completely waterproof. I used them for office outfits, avoiding the hazle to change from snow boots to indoor shoes.

Cheap Quality

Will be returning. Very cheap quality, made of plastic not rubber, for the price I would expect better. Seams were already starting to come off when I took the boots out from the box. They will definitely not last 1 season of wear. The quality of Naturalizer shoes has really gone down.

Worth The Price

I REALLY love these shoes. Just got them and have already worn them to work twice this week. The lug sole and water resistance was my main draw for Winter weather. I was a bit skeptical with heel height as far as wearing them when slick but they are very grip-y and VERY sturdy even with the higher heel. They are also very stylish and I’ve gotten several compliments. Naturalizer has never let me down.
