Gorgeous & Exactly What I Wanted!

These shoes are a GORGEOUS dark cherry red & exactly what I was looking for :) They just needed a little break-in & now they fit really well after a couple of weeks - the kind of shoe that you forget you're wearing, if you're used to heels. I adore them! I have wide(r) feet so I got the 'W' size & it seems great so far.

Broken zipper

As soon as i opened the box i began to try one on and immediately noticed the zipper was broken! I was so disappointed and don’t know if i trust to exchange them

Beautiful boot but inconsistent sizing

I bought these in a size 8W in the black, they were a little big so I switched them for a 7.5W, which was perfect! So I ordered another 7.5 in the brown color, but despite being the exact same boot, they are way too small and don't fit at all. It doesn't make any sense. Such a beautiful boot, but the sizing is not consistent. I would only recommend this product if you can try it on first.
