received dirty worn shoes

Make sure the consumer receives a new pair of shoes and not a used product, The shoes were clearly worn for awhile and returned to store. ( Pictures Attached ) The toe in print was very obvious, the bottom of shoe was scuffed and dirty, and the show was stretched out, how did this happen? How did it get past inspection at the warehouse. Customer service was not helpful offered a measly 30% off a shoe, which brought the total down to $45 for a dirty worn l shoe that is now out of stock. I ordered the shoes weeks before it sold out!! Disappointment is an understatement the last couple months I spent just south of $1000. After this I am taking my business elsewhere.
