Received Used Shoes in the Wrong Sizes

Today I received this pair of shoes, which I purchased as new, but they arrived clearly used. On top of that, the shoes are two different sizes, one is a 7W and the other is a 7.5W. I ordered a size 8W, so neither shoe matches what I paid for. Very disappointed with this purchase.
