Poor Business Practices

I purchased these shoes on sale, and was sent a confirmation of the purchase. Later, I got a notice that they had been shipped. After Macy extended the arrival deadline twice, I contacted customer service. They told me they were out of stock. The service rep stated that he would "put in for a refund." Not "I can refund you now." In essence, I gave Macy's an interest free loan for a couple weeks. This is incredibly shoddy service. BTW, they wanted feedback on my purchase today.

NOPE!!!

I’m a fan of Macys. And like most of my purchases. But this is a Major no for me. These flats are oddly wide and heavy in the back. Not flattering at all. And the gold tone is sooo in your face and not in a good way (to me). The sole insert part of the shoe came completely out of the one I tried on. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I know how much reviews matter when making a purchase online. I’m hopeful it will be helpful to someone. Will send back immediately. There are certain brands that have flattering, comfortable, walkable flats that I love. I just have to stick with those and maybe spend a little extra.
