You do not mention what kind of Magnesium it is. Glycinate or taurinate

I started taking this product a month ago and I’m so glad that I did because I deal with chronic pain and chronic insomnia daily. Since I started taking this within two weeks my pain is not as bad every day and I’m getting more sleep.

Very satisfied with the tablets. Was not happy with the soft gels I wish you wouldn't have change the color. I had horrible stomach aches.

Terrible

The very strong smell of ammonia prompted me to throw them out. Others became sick due to high ammonia in tablet.
