Allergic Reaction

Began taking this supplement 2 weeks ago and have had severe hives ever since I began taking them. Started to eliminate possible allergens in my daily life and the hives just keep coming. I have just stopped taking them today in preparation for a trip to the allergist to see if this supplement is the culprit or not. This bottle should have a list of full ingredients with an allergy warning label .

So far so good.

So Helpful to Me

Everyone is different and have different reactions to most medications and supplements. My own personal experience is amazing. I have been on anti-anxiety medication for 3 years now (as needed fortunately).Menopause is a pain! I normally was take 2-3 doses a week and not taking them was awful. Waking up at night, feeling like my heart was going to come out of my chest, nauseous, shaky. Awful! After taking these supplements, after about a month, I'm down to once or twice a month! I feel so much better and can get through workouts so easily. Thank you, Naturemade. Oh, and I too found a couple of replacements, at MUCH better prices, too. And they turned out to be fakes. You get what you pay for.. beware of those scams in the marketplace of your big box stores.

Horrible idea. And why take two pills why not pill

I wanted 400 mg of magnesium in one pill like I have bought for many years and works for me. However, you did not have that. I was forced to buy thus 200 mg magnesium mixed with zinc and vitamin D. If I take four pills to get my 400 mg of magnesium I will be overdosing on Zinc! Please stop this way of doing business. Please go back to 400 mg of magnesium in one pill, no soy, zinc or Vitamin D.
