Improved Energy!
My husband has been using this for the past 3 weeks and he said he has noticed a marked improvement in his energy levels. He has had less fatigue with excessive activity and is overall feeling like this supplement is making a big difference in how he feels on a daily basis as well as less brain fog. He has that "get up and go" feeling versus not wanting to do anything!

Great daily supplement for many health benefits
I am happy to incorporate this DIM supplement into my daily routine. DIM helps with weight loss, improved mood and memory, and preventing inflammation.
